A lot of hate towards Naruto?

Wow...no lie....there is a lot of people hating Naruto right now....I read something not to long saying Kishi was never really attached to Naruto and I'm just wondering why make Naruto in the first place...I was like forget the parings why is Guy on the wheelchair I thought he was going to continue his activites like he always does....to me I think he was good character to support......but hey nobody gets what they want....on the other hand I have a backup anime to watch and that's Fairy Tail....I stopped watching Naruto for 3 years so I wasn't attached to it and Fairy Tail I just started watching in April or May and I love it....I just hope
